Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SkyTree account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and ensure the device is securely packed with all original accessories and manuals.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
